CJEL DIGITAL IMAGING EDUCATION SOLUTION PTY LTD (ABN 59 630 412 047; ACN 630 412 047) ("CJEL") operates the MyUniMentor project and online service ("MyUniMentor"). References to "MyUniMentor", "we", "us" or "our" mean CJEL in its capacity as operator of the MyUniMentor project.
1. One-time Membership Fee
MyUniMentor charges a one-time $10 Membership Fee to a Mentee on their second qualifying paid Booking.
It is not a recurring subscription and does not automatically renew.
2. What is a qualifying Booking?
A Booking counts toward the trigger only if it is:
- - a genuine paid Booking;
- - not a free Booking;
- - not a failed/test/admin transaction;
- - not cancelled and fully refunded before the service starts.
If your first attempted Booking is fully cancelled/refunded before service, it does not count as the first qualifying Booking.
3. One fee per account
The Membership Fee is charged once per user account in the Mentee capacity.
If the same account also acts as a Mentor, a second Membership Fee is not charged merely because the account has two roles.
4. What membership provides
Membership permits continued access to paid Booking functionality after the introductory first qualifying Booking and supports access to member features that MyUniMentor makes available from time to time.
A change to optional features does not convert this one-time fee into a recurring fee.
5. When the fee is shown
Before payment, checkout must clearly show:
- - the $10 amount;
- - that it is one time;
- - why it is being charged;
- - the applicable refund rule.
6. Refund of the Membership Fee
If the Booking that first triggers the Membership Fee is fully cancelled and refunded before the scheduled service begins, the Membership Fee will also be refunded.
The next qualifying paid Booking may trigger the Membership Fee again.
This does not limit any additional refund right required by law.
7. GST
GST treatment will be displayed only where legally applicable. At the date this suite was prepared, ABN Lookup showed CJEL was not currently registered for GST. The Platform must monitor that status and update pricing/invoicing if CJEL registers or becomes required to register.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Agreement excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Acceptance
MyUniMentor should record:
- - agreement version;
- - timestamp;
- - account;
- - triggering Booking;
- - Membership Fee payment/refund status.
