How it works

  1. Tell us what you needA short form: what you need help with, and when you are free. Asking costs nothing.
  2. We pick the right studentA MyUniMentor team member reads every request and chooses a checked student mentor who fits: same uni, course, language or situation.
  3. We set up your first chatWe open a chat for you, your mentor and MyUniMentor, usually within one working day. Then you book together when you are ready.

In plain words

One-to-one talk

You do not have to pick a stranger from a list. We introduce you to the student who fits, and we stay in the chat. Your first session can be a free trial. After that, you pay the mentor's price plus a one-time A$10 membership.

Deal Packages

Fixed-price help such as an airport welcome or a viewing buddy. MyUniMentor runs the package and pays and supervises the student mentor who delivers it. You get the full price in writing before you pay.

What “free” means

The Welcome and Accommodation checklists are free when you sign up. Your first trial session needs no membership. Everything else is paid, because our student mentors are paid for their time.
